• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission

4. Profiles and Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to The Crew Grid. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relevant Media Properties LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
